During the Battle of the Stirling Bridge, what was the budget the Scots had or what were their expenses?

There is this movie Braveheart wherein William Wallace fights a war.
We needed information on what was the approx. budget by which they fought their war.
i would appreciate any kind of help on this matter.
Thank You.

This rebellion had no single source of funds and no documentation so its impossible to say. Individual soldiers brought their own weapons and horses and the better fed brought their own provisions. Locals who were in sympathy donated provisions and those who weren’t in sympathy had them stolen by raiding troops.

If it had lasted longer, the movement would have fallen apart due to lack of organization and funds. That’s why rebellions must succeed at once or die.
