I am wondering if you help help me and tell me as many similarities between the movies, Gladiator, Braveheart, and Troy.
All similarities are welcome, just make sure they are good. ;D
Thanks in advance.
Could you please also give similarities between their themes and cinematography, editing, etc.?
Troy completely copied the style of Gladiator. The saturated sand look, the wailing singers in the dramatic music, the same kind of orchestral soundtrack, etc. Personally, Troy felt very fake to me, in the sense that they didn’t even try to find a way of telling the story that made sense, they were just trying to capitalize on the success of Gladiator and copied its style, only not as good. But that’s my opinion.

gladiator + braveheart are kinda of "nothing to lose, go up against the all powerful" kinda movies.
troy and gladiator both use that kind of super saturated lighting to show the goriness of the battle scenes

They are all a complete distortion of historical facts.
BRAVEHEART:

GLADIATOR:

TROY:

And frankly, more interesting stories because of it.
