This is my project for my Motion graphics class. I edited the scores with two songs, edited all film clips, placed together, and all other graphics. It could always be better - I would have liked a 90 second one but did the score to it as 60 and wasn’t going to muck it up. I treated Braveheart as thought it was a new movie coming out this fall. After I was done, I went to find real trailers for it and have found that Gibson would have hired my !
I’d say about 85% of what was in my head came out in this project. I didn’t really expect a lot of Motion graphics for this - too modern for the story and what is left in my head is too advanced for my skills just yet.
In the beginning Braveheart scene, I wanted an arrow to shoot by and break apart the fired font…that’s not going to happen anytime soon.
Anyhow - keeping a consistant theme with the fire was my goal.
The point of Motion isn’t the editing the clips, the song, - it’s cool graphic .
